Chiropractic Changed My Life
I was a senior at Iola High School working evenings and weekends at a service station. I did a lot of bending, heavy lifting and changing tires, which lead to lower back pain. I was frustrated by the pain at such an early age and I thought I would have to live with it. During that time I started dating a girl that I had my eye on for awhile (finally got the courage to ask her out). After dating for several weeks, I mentioned to her about my aching back and she told me I should see her dad.
Finally, she convinced me to give her dad a try. He did an exam, and then “adjusts” my spine. I was very much surprised it didn’t hurt and actually felt good. After a few adjustments my pain went away and I was able to do my work with no pain. Oh, by the way her dad was a chiropractor. Chiropractic worked so well for me I decided to pursue it as a career.
I have been practicing over 30 years and it has been a fascinating journey helping people with their health problems.
If you are wondering if I married his daughter, well “Yes I did”.
